The builder is Greystone Property Development.  The architect is A B Arkitekten.  Durukan Design did the interiors.

Bottom Line

A neat and attractive mid-rise building with an entrance marquee and good amenities in
Vinegar Hill.

The red-brick building has some corner windows and two recessed window bays above the entrance marquee.

The top floor is recessed.

The building has a doorman, children’s playroom, a roof deck, a fitness center, a wine cellar, bicycle storage, parking and a courtyard.

Apartments

Apartments have individual heating and air-conditioning, floor-to-ceiling windows and many have balconies.

Kitchens have Carrara marble countertops, white lacquer cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and Bosch appliances.

Townhouse A is a one-bedroom duplex with 1,182 square feet with an entry foyer that leads past a stairway to the cellar next to the bedroom leading to the 16-foot-long living/dining room with an open/pass-through kitchen.  The cellar is 35 feet long and has a powder room.

Apartment D on the 3^rd through the 6^th floor is a two-bedroom unit with 973 square feet with an open, pass-through kitchen, a 16-foot-flong living/dining room with a balcony and another balcony in one of the bedrooms.
