This attractive, 8-story apartment building at 1595 Lexington Avenue on the northeast corner at 101st Street in East Harlem.

It was erected in 2007 and is known as “Copper Hill.”

It contains 40 condominium apartments.

It was erected by 1595 Lexington Avenue Associates LLC of which Peter R. Golub is a member and designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group.

It is also known as 163-5 East 101st Street.

Bottom Line

This handsome apartment building is close to Mt. Sinai Hospital and not far from the Carnegie Hill neighborhood.

Description

The building has a copper-colored metal panel façade and a partial setback at the 6th floor and numerous corner windows.
