This handsome, 6-story boutique condominium apartment building at 253 East 7th Street in the East Village between Avenues C and D is convenient to the East River and Tompkins Square Park. 

It has seven apartments.

It was developed by DRK 7th Street LLC and designed by Isaac|Stern Architects. 

It is on a tree-lined street close to the very handsome Flowerbox building.

A very handsome, 6-story, boutique, mid-block condominium building with only 7 apartments

Description

The building has several large, multi-paned, metal framed, corner windows, a nice cornice and a mottled gray brick façade. 

The lower two floors have shorter windows and the lowest floor has window boxes.

Amenities

The building  has a bicycle room, a roof deck, and a virtual doorman intercom system.

Apartments

Apartments have ceilings more than 9 feet high. Bosch kitchen appliances, quartz countertops and backsplashes, and wine refrigerators. The bathrooms have wall-hung Toto toilets and double-sink vanities with quartz countertops. 

The townhouse is a three-bedroom duplex unit with and entry hall that leads past a 10-foot-wide kitchen, a 30-foot-long living room with a 24-wide garden, a 9-foot-long dining room and a 14-foot-long bedroom on the lower level to a two bedrooms and an glass solarium on the upper level. 

Apartment 5 is a three-bedroom unit with a small vestibule that leads to long entry hall that leads past a 10-foot-wide, open kitchen to an 18-foot-long living room with tall corner windows.
