"This handsome, 8-story, mid-block building at 24 West 22nd Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South is very near Madison Square Park was erected in 1905 and has only 6 condominium apartments and three-floors of commercial space. 

The building is convenient to public transit and many restaurants and boutiques such as Eataly and Lego and only half a block from the famous Flatiron Building." Read Carter's Full Review
