Review of 210 East 15th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, 14-story building was erected in 1964 and converted to a cooperative in 1984. It has 187 apartments.

The white-brick building has a doorman, a nice, windowed lobby with a marble fountain, a garage, a health club, a roof deck, spiked sidewalk landscaping, a two-step-down entrance and a two-step-down vestibule and a green marble, two-story entrance surround. The building has a canopied entrance and permits protruding air-conditioners and has no balconies.

It is half a block away from Stuyvesant Park, one of the nicest in the city, and nearby Gramercy Park and the many trendy and impressive restaurants and stores of the Flatiron District.

There is excellent public transportation nearby on 14th Street.
