A two-bedroom unit on the seventh floor with 2,025 square feet is priced at about $1,650,000 and a one-bedroom-unit on the third floor with 1,079 square feet with priced at about $755,000 and a one-bedroom unit on the third floor with 948 square feet is priced at about $575,000.
