The white-brick building has a limestone entrance surround with deeply incised pilasters with a two-step-down entrance with a small entrance canopy and sidewalk landscaping.
The lobby has Italian porcelain slab patterned flooring, mahogany walls with a library nook.
The building’s long façade is modulated by slightly projecting bays.
