The Mayfair, an 18-story, white-brick building, is located on a very attractive block in the heart of the Upper East Side. Built in 1960, it has 195 apartments and was converted to a cooperative in 1987. Its central location is convenient to transportation, especially the Q subway stop, and a wide range of stores, boutiques and restaurants.

The Mayfair is a full-service building with laundry on every other floor, a 24-hour doorman, a beautifully renovated lobby, storage units, a bike room, and a furnished roof deck with stunning views.  Currently, there is an assessment of $256.32.
