The Millennium Tower at 101 West 67th Street is a high-rise, mixed-use building that occupies a full city block, with Broadway, Columbus Avenue and 67th and 68th Streets on its border.
The 47-story Millennium Tower is located in a prime Upper West Side location just north of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. It is one of the tallest structures in the area and is comprised of 282 apartments that offer generous and varied layouts. Many residences have great views of Central Park and kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with topnotch appliances and premium fixtures.

Spring at 225 Lafayette Street was designed by Cass Gilbert, the architect of the legendary Woolworth Building.
Africa Israel Investments converted the 14-story former East River Savings Bank Building into 40 residences and 12,000 square feet of retail space in 2004. A rooftop penthouse with a wrap-around terrace was added in the conversion. Modern residences range in size from one to three bedrooms and offer sleek and sophisticated styling that reflects the neighborhood’s fusion of fashion, design, entertainment and recreation. Apartments have high ceilings, large walk-in closets and state-of-the-art kitchens with topnotch cabinets, appliances and counters. Master baths include Kohler fixtures and deep, two-person soaking tubs.

Designed in 2004 by renowned architect Philip Johnson – whose projects, among others, include Avery Fisher Hall – the Metropolitan at 181 East 90th Street is located in Carnegie Hill.
The 32-story Metropolitan has 94 apartments, with the smallest aound 1,000 square feet. Sized to emulate prewar residences, units feature high ceilings, large entry foyers and spacious rooms. They also have unusual elements such as cherry wood kitchen cabinets and wide plank Merbau cherry wood floors. Master bathrooms have deep infinity edge tubs, which have a tub within another tub to allow the water to overflow, pass through a filter and recirculate. There are 10-foot ceilings, curved walls of oversized double-paned windows and spacious eat-in kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Apartments have full size washers and dryers, California walk-in closets and open views.
The amenities are equally impressive with a full time doorman, lobby attendants, concierge, handyman and a live-in super. Residents also have access to a fitness center, a children’s playroom and private storage rooms. The neighborhood is largely residential, with many restaurants, food markets and retail stores along 86th Street.

The glass-front 505 Greenwich Street was constructed in 2004 and has 104 units, all of which feature oversized windows. Kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with premium appliances and fixtures and unique and generous layouts are optimal for families, couples and young professionals.
Amenities are topnotch and varied, as residents have access to a full-time concierge, a resident superintendent, a fitness center with cardiovascular and weight training equipment and a pet spa. Apartments also have individual storage spaces.

Designed by Costas Kondylis, One Morton Square is located in the West Village. It was completed in 2004 and contains 283 residences.
One Morton Square combines towers along West Street with low-rise buildings on the remainder of the block. There are six townhouses with bay windows, 147 lofts – some of which were delivered finished – and 135 rental apartments. Lofts and townhouses range in size from 1,160 square feet to 4,000 square feet.
Units have 10-foot-high ceilings, sprawling open floor plans and oversized windows that offer city and river views. Bedrooms are spacious and spa-like bathrooms have polished limestone and marble throughout. Gourmet kitchens have top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances. Several units have outdoor areas.
One Morton Square offers such amenities as a full-time doorman and concierge, a children’s playroom and activity center, in-house valet service, a 3,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness club and a landscaped courtyard. It is also convenient to the West Village and the Meatpacking District.

Designed by world-renowned starchitect Richard Meier, the 16-story 165 Charles Street overlooks the Hudson River and opened in 2005.
165 Charles Street offers two river-facing apartments per floor that feature large terraces. The 30 apartments and one penthouse were delivered fully finished, with everything from the floor plans to minor details designed by Meier himself. The floors are organized freely about an island kitchen unit. Floor-to-ceiling glass wraps each apartment and all units come with wide-plank Wenge wood floors, double-glazed windows and central air conditioning and heating.
An impressive array of residential amenities includes a top-of-the-line fitness center, a 50-foot infinity-edge pool in a double-height space, a screening room, a bike room, a garden off the lobby, and a private wine cellar. Its West Village location is within close proximity to the restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

One York Street is located in TriBeCa and opened in 2008.
The project was designed by Mexican starchitect Enrique Norten and features 32 loft units in a modern 13-story glass structure that's flanked by two low-rise wings, creating a single new complex. Residences have windows that are thermally and acoustically insulated to reduce street noise and feature wide plank oak floors, 8-foot wood doors and modern appliances. Master bathrooms have custom-designed vanities and whirlpool tubs.
1 York Street features a Swiss-engineered, automated parking garage: drivers simply pull up to an entrance pad, get out, swipe a card and walk away. The robotic parking valet then takes over, pulling the car into a lift that transports it to one of 40 slots. To retrieve the car, drivers swipe their card again and the car magically reappears. Amenities also include a 24-hour concierge, an outdoor 28-foot heated pool with sundeck and outdoor shower, a private health club and spa and temperature-controlled storage cellars.
One York Street’s northern TriBeCa location is very near to SoHo as well as many restaurants and cafes. It is also close to the Holland Tunnel.

Located in SoHo at 330 Spring Street, the Urban Glass House opened in 2005.
Renowned architects Philip Johnson and Alan Ritchie designed the Urban Glass House, which contains 39 units and a penthouse. Apartments feature tall ceilings and full-height windows; custom kitchens have stainless steel appliances and bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures. Residents also have access to a remote-controlled system that allows them to wirelessly open and close the computerized window shades.
Urban Glass House, which is the last residence Johnson designed before his death, overlooks the Hudson River at the intersection of north TriBeCa and south SoHo. Its amenities include a bicycle storage room, a fitness center, an attended lobby, concierge service and a live-in superintendent. It is close to TriBeCa’s restaurants and SoHo’s retail shops and public transportation.
