H.J. Development Corporation oversaw the transformation in 2005. The Heywood, which now includes 50 residences, has a unique history that dates back to the early 20th century. Its architects strived to ensure they preserved its historical context, crafting spacious lofts with large windows and maintaining original details and other touches.
