"Typical for a "High end" building. Doorman-elevator-valet, etc... The lobby is understated class. It is "airy" but not tacky opulant.
There is a club room, exercise facility an on-site parking. At the rear of the lobby is a very nice, little private park for the residents. This park is very, very nice.
