Milan BROKER AND BUYER COMMENTS

Milan: About the Building

"Designed by award winning Jay Valgora or V Studio with a zen garden, gym, bike room, club room, central laundry."

"1st class, gym, garage, zen garden, concierge, doorman, Latoba and Bubinga woods used with Jerusalem stone in the killer lobby."

"Service, fixtures, common areas, and building staff are all great."

"Typical for a high-end building, doorman, elevator, valet, etc. The lobby is understated class. It is airy but not tacky opulent."

"There is a club room, exercise facility, and on-site parking. At the rear of the lobby is a very nice, little private park for the residents. This park is very nice."

"Great location. Nice floor plans."

"Modern luxury high-rise."

Milan: About the Apartments

"Very high-end. Two-bedrooms are very large, with wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-foot ceilings and very large bathrooms."

"Floor-to-ceiling windows, large master suites and very large bathrooms."

"Excellent quality and great feel, Tre Piu sliding doors, Miele appliances, garbage disposals, Sub-zero, cherry wood floors, lush baths with split shower and zuma soaking tub."

"There are several models available. With floor-to-ceiling windows there are some great views available, especially from the higher floors. Western exposure is a city view and eastern exposures face the East River."

"The general quality of this building is superior to most in its class. The interior finishes are what I would call "old world craftsmanship." The apartments look expensive. The floors are a little darker that the norm, but they look great. The kitchens are just top quality with Miele and Viking appliances. The typical designs that I have seen have some elbow room so you don`t feel confined."

"Some of the apartments have pretty nice views of the East River and the city. On the lower floors the views will be minimal. The larger apartments have very nice floor plans."

Milan: About the Neighborhood

"Located approximately 3 blocks for the "E" train. That station also connects to the green subway line."

"The building is located on the corner with Second Avenue. The building is in the heart of the Midtown East restaurant district. There are many great casual dining restaurants located along Second Avenue from 57th Street down through the 40`s. The building is walking distance to Bloomingdales and fine dining at The Four Seasons, Felidia, The Bull & Bear, etc."
