"Very high-end. Two-bedrooms are very large, with wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-foot ceilings and very large bathrooms." "Excellent quality and great feel, Tre Piu sliding doors, Miele appliances, garbage disposals, Sub-zero, cherry wood floors, lush baths with split shower and zuma soaking tub." "There are several models available. With floor-to-ceiling windows there are some great views available, especially from the higher floors. Western exposure is a city view and eastern exposures face the East River." "The general quality of this building is superior to most in its class. The interior finishes are what I would call "old world craftsmanship." The apartments look expensive. The floors are a little darker that the norm, but they look great. The kitchens are just top quality with Miele and Viking appliances. The typical designs that I have seen have some elbow room so you don`t feel confined."
