Review of 330 East 39th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, 38-story, beige-brick apartment building was erected in 1982 and has 510 rental units.

This mid-block building is located in the midst of a high-rise neighborhood that sprang up around the Manhattan entrance to the Queens-Midtown Tunnel nearby to the south in the late 1980s and it is near a major mixed-use development site to the east on property formerly owned by Con Edison.

It is also not far from the United Nations and Grand Central Terminal. There is excellent cross-town bus service on 42nd Street.

The building has a concierge, a doorman, an entrance marquee with a one-story, polished black granite base, a health club, a roof deck, a revolving front door, a driveway, a garage, and consistent fenestration.
