The Bentley, 159 East 30th Street: Review and Ratings

between Lexington Avenue & Third Avenue View Full Building Profile

Carter Horsley
Review of 159 East 30th Street by Carter Horsley

This handsome 23-story apartment tower was erected in 1986 and has 54 condominium units.

The dark-red-brick building has many corner windows and the tower has rounded corners.

The building has a concierge, some terraces and discrete air-conditioners. It has no garage and it has an exposed rooftop watertank.

This should not be confused with the Bentley Hotel at 500 York Avenue at 62nd Street.

It is located in an interesting neighborhood with some very pleasant sidestreets and is convenient to the Murray Hill, Kips Bay and Gramercy Park districts.
