"This very attractive, 22-story rental apartment building was erected by Algin Management in 1964.

It has 14 apartments per floor, a doorman and a garage. The building has some terraces and its mass is nicely modulated by some projecting bays and it is one of the better looking apartment buildings in this neighborhood." Read Carter's Full Review
