The Murray Park - 120 East 34th Street: CARTER'S REVIEW


This very attractive, 22-story rental apartment building was erected by Algin Management in 1964.

It has 14 apartments per floor, a doorman and a garage. The building has some terraces and its mass is nicely modulated by some projecting bays and it is one of the better looking apartment buildings in this neighborhood.

The building has a location that is very convenient to both the Midtown and Midtown South business districts and is not too far from the trendy Flatiron District. It has excellent public transportation and good neighborhood shopping.
