MARCH 8, 2012

Former Law & Order: SVU star Christopher Meloni has put his eye-popping condo in the Park Imperial at 230 West 56th Street on the market forNYC condos of celebrities $12 million. The 3,000 square-foot apartment on the 60th floor offers Central Park views, a master suite with five closets and enough custom details to have been featured in Architectural Digest (NYPost).

The View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is selling her Upper West Side condo at 245 West 99th Street in order to “trade in city living for the suburbs." The 4-bedroom apartment–on the market for $3.3 million–offers great city views, and the building has a 52-foot indoor swimming pool (TMZ).

Now that his refurbished West Village firehouse is almost ready for action, Anderson Cooper is putting his Midtown penthouse at 28 West 38th Street near Bryant Park on the market. The 3,100 square-foot 2 bedroom apartment includes 1,700 square feet of covetable outdoor space (in the form of a huge roof terrace). If he gets the $3.75 million ask, Cooper will be up about $1.25 mil over what he paid for the pad in 2005 (CurbedNY).

Truman Capote’s Brooklyn Heights townhouse recently fetched $12 million, a record for the borough. The 18-room 1839-vintage Greek-Revival mansion was where Capote reportedly wrote Breakfast at Tiffany's (Brownstoner).
