Carter Horsley's Review of 320 West 83rd Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This 7-story apartment building at 320 West 83rd Street was erected in 1828 and has 50 co-operative apartments. It is adjacent to a similar, but slightly different building at 324 West 83rd Street.

Part of the façade of this building, which is cat-friendly, has a video intercom system, windowed kitchens and baths, a live-in superintendent and laundry and storage facilities, is slightly curved." Read Carter's Full Review
