375 Riverside Drive: Review and Ratings

between West 109th Street & West 110th Street View Full Building Profile

Review of 375 Riverside Drive by Carter Horsley

This large and handsome apartment house was erected in 1929 and converted to a cooperative in 1983.

The 14-story building, which has excellent park and river views, has 103 apartments.

The building's light-colored façades are punctuated by a four bandcourses and a few decorative balconies and a cornice. The building, which was designed in the style reminiscent of Italian Renaissance palazzos with quoins, bandcourses and a cornice, has a doorman and consistent fenestration.

A local subway station is nearby at 110th Street and Broadway.
