Carter Horsley's Review of The Hereford

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This very elegant, Italian Renaissance palazzo-style apartment building was erected in 1910 and converted to a cooperative in 1982.

It has a three-story, rusticated limestone base and its top three stories are also faced with limestone. The top floor has large, arched windows beneath a large cornice and the building has small nice wrought-iron balconies." Read Carter's Full Review
