This handsome, red-brick, 6-story building at 111 Wooster Street between Spring and Prince streets in SoHo was erected in 1920 and has 22 condominium apartments.

A broad and handsome, red-brick building on a cobble-stone street in SoHo with large condominium apartments and attractive cast-iron balconies.

Description

The building has a one-story, cast-iron base with ground floor retail spaces. 

There are bandcourses above the first and third floors. 

Either end of the broad building have very attractive cast-iron balconies. 

There are broad pilasters between the second and third floors. 

The fifth floor has arched windows. 

The building has an attractive cornice line. 

It permits window air-conditioners.

The building has a virtual doorman and an elevator.

Penthouse C is a duplex unit with one-bedroom with a 12-foot-long office at its entry on the lower level that leads to a 15-foot-long dining area and a 24-foot-long living room with a spiral staircase to a 20-foot-wide bedroom and a 33-foot-long patio. 

Apartment 5E is a two-bedroom unit that has an entry into a 39-foot-long entertainment room with a 13-foot-long open kitchen. 

Another two-bedroom unit has an angled entry area that is part of a 51-foot-long living room with a 16-foot-wide dining area and an 15-foot-wide open eat-in kitchen with an island.
