The building has a part-time doorman and the apartments have wood-burning fireplaces and wide-plank wood floors as well as multi-zoned heating and air-conditioning. Bathrooms have marble walls and floors and radiant heating, and rainfall showerheards and front and back body sprays.

This neighborhood has many boutiques, art galleries and restaurants.
