Limestone master bathrooms have blue-gray Pietro Cardosa countertops in the bathrooms, Ultrabath whirlpool tubs, stall showers, bidets, and the bathrooms also have wall phones and flat-screen televisions with articulating arms.

A three-bedroom unit with four-and-a-half bathrooms and 7,711 square feet had an initial asking price of $3,900,000.

The building has a small but attractive lobby with no entrance canopy and no doorman, but video intercom security. The elevator is key-locked and the building has a recreation room and private storage areas on the lower level.
