Carter Horsley's Review of 56 Walker Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This small but very choice TriBeCa cast-iron building was erected in 1866 for Joseph Bayley and converted for residential use in 2015 by Six Sigma NYC, which is headed by Jason Lee and Johnny Wan.  Six Sigma brought the building for $18 million in 2014.  Its conversion was planned in 2008 but a recession stymied that effort.  It has six stories and four condominium apartments.

Carlyle Designs did the interior design." Read Carter's Full Review
