This handsome five-story building was erected in 1856 and is distinguished by its attractive arched windows separated by pairs of columns.

The building has high ceilings and an elevator and large loft-style apartments.

It is two blocks from City Hall Park and convenient to TriBeCa and Ground Zero.

There is excellent public transportation in this area as well as many restaurants.

The building has a bracketed cornice with a peaked roofline. Its Reade Street façade has fire escapes.

The building has no sidewalk landscaping, no garage and no doorman.
