Review of 330 East 46th Street by Carter Horsley

This pleasant, 13-story, midblock, rental apartment tower was erected in 1965 and has 16 apartments a floor.

The building has an attractive canopied entrance with sidewalk landscaping. It has large windows, discrete air-conditioning, a doorman, some terraces and a garage.

The building is very convenient to the United Nations, and its spacious and attractive park, and is not far from Grand Central Terminal and the Midtown Business District. There is good cross-town bus service a few blocks to the north and the south.
