The handsome, red-brick brick building at 720 Greenwich Street in the West Village has 10 floors and 157 cooperative apartments.

The doorman building, which is known as The Towers, has a full-service garage and a part-time doorman and a roof deck and a washer-dryer in the building laundries on each floor.

It was erected in 1930 and converted by Amos Kaminski in 1995. Avinash Malhotra was the architect for the conversion.

It has a chamfered corner and arched widows on the second floor. It allows pets.

The building is also known as 124-130 Perry Street and 125-7 Charles Street.
