This attractive 7-story residential building at 66 Ainslie Street between Keap Street and Union Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn was completed in 2017 by the Slate Property Group. 

It was designed by Augfang Architects and has 50 rental apartments of which 20 percent are "affordable." 

Cl-oth Interiors was the interior designer. 

The building is one block from the Metropolitan Avenue G subway station.

Bottom Line

A robust and attractive mid-rise building in East Williamsburg that is one block from a subway station and has multi-pane windows, a garage and a retail base with large windows with sitting ledges.

The red-brick building has a one-story gray base with retail and large windows with sitting ledges. 

The building has some corner windows. 

The 7th floor is partially setback. 

The building has multi-pane windows with discrete air-conditioners and one of its main façades has some narrower windows.

The building has a landscaped roof deck with grills, a fitness center, a lounge with a fireplace, a media center and co-working space, a bicycle room, and a garage.

Apartments have washers and dryers, recessed lighting and plank floors. 

Kitchens have birch wood cabinetry, matte grey Caesarstone quartz pebble countertops and stainless-steel appliances from Bosch and Faber.
