Carter Horsley's Review of 220 East 87th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This 5-story, mid-block apartment building was erected in 1927 and was converted to a cooperative with 42 units in 1985.

There are many restaurants nearby on Second and Third Avenues as well as on 86th Street, which has excellent cross-town bus service. An express subway station is at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue where there is also a large Barnes & Noble bookstore and a large HMV music store." Read Carter's Full Review
