This plain, simple and quite attractive, 6-story mid-block residential building at 554 East 82^nd Street between East End and York avenues on the Upper East Side was converted in 2014 from an 8-unit building to a 4-unit condominium.

Michael Paul Alessio of Michael Paul Enterprises LLC was the developer and Thomas Vail of Vail Architects was the architect.
