Paley Management Corporation is a small, personal real estate company serving Manhattan for over 35 years. Our focus is on the Upper East Side, with some properties in other neighborhoods in Manhattan, both rentals and co-ops. Our years of experience have given us extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods in which our buildings are located, as well as the buildings and apartments themselves. We work personally with our contractors and superintendents to ensure that our properties are pleasant and well-maintained. As a small company, we are accessible and available to address the needs of our tenants and shareholders.
