It has 294 apartments including a group furnished units known as The Suites for which a 30-day minimum stay is required.

Bottom Line

A 28-story apartment tower at Battery Park City with 24-hour concierge and doorman, a roof deck and maid service and with some furnished suites.

Description

A rigorous composition that mixes setbacks, corner windows, some rustication, some light red and pale beige masonry, some balconies and near its peak some indented terraces to produce an interesting presence above a light-colored base with a long canopied entrance and sidewalk landscaping.

Amenities

The building has a 24-hour doorman and concierge, a fitness center, a superintendent, a roof deck, maid service and a laundry on every floor.

Apartments

Apartment 12D is a two-bedroom unit with an entry foyer that leads to a 29-foot-long living room with an 11-foot-wide dining alcove and a 10-foot-wide open kitchen with an island.  There are two terraces.

Apartment 25H is a one-bedroom unit with an entry foyer that leads to a 19-foot-long, angled living room and a 13-foot-long dining alcove next to an enclosed kitchen.  The unit’s bedroom has a balcony.

Apartment 11C is a two-bedroom unit with an entry foyer that leads part an 8-foot-long enclosed kitchen to the 21-foot-long living room with a balcony.

Apartment F on the 3^rd through the 11^th floors is a two-bedroom unit with an entry foyer next to the 8-foot-long pass-through kitchen and which leads to a 30-foot-long living room with large corner windows.
