Description

The lower, three glass-faced floors of the building are retail space and above a white bandcourse are four residential floors beneath four setback residential floors, all faced with white grey panels.  The top floor has three setbacks on the façade’s long side.

Amenities

The building has a landscaped courtyard, a residents’ lounge, a part-time doorman, a bicycle room, some terraces and a package room.

Apartments have Beko washers and dryers and kitchens with white quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances by Beko and Bloomberg.
