Bottom Line

A neat, boxy and elegant modern structure with many amenities not far from the Barclay Center in Boerum Hill.


The light-colored Kolumba brick façade is punctuated by thin, protruding granite surrounds around 9-by-8-foot windows.

There are setbacks on the top two floors.

There are decorative brass panels on the found floor near the garage entrance.
