BLU Realty Group is a Manhattan-based, full-service real estate brokerage founded in 2011 by Andy Kim, Alon Chadad, David Tobon, Michael Arcos, and Moshe Balalo and headquartered on the Upper West Side. The firm focuses on luxury residential sales and rentals while also providing international brokerage, project marketing, commercial brokerage, and corporate relocation services. Its distinctive BLU Café concept integrates a coffee shop with the brokerage’s Riverside Boulevard office. In 2013, BLU launched an international division focused on overseas buyers and international development marketing. Nest Seekers International acquired a significant portion of BLU’s business in 2016, resulting in the transfer of more than 30 agents. BLU positions itself as a boutique, globally connected brokerage with a particular concentration in Manhattan’s luxury market.
