Weichert Properties is a Manhattan-based residential real estate brokerage operated by JMWEICHERTGROUP CO., an entity incorporated in 2007 within the Weichert organization founded by James M. Weichert in 1969. The firm focuses on Manhattan sales and rentals, including cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses and investment properties. Its service model combines boutique-style local representation with the Weichert Lead Network, technology platform and access to related mortgage, title and insurance services. In 2015, Custom Brokers Real Estate joined Weichert and became the company-owned Weichert Properties Soho office, expanding the brokerage’s presence in downtown Manhattan.
