This 13-story, beige-brick, pre-war rental apartment building at 103 East 86th Street was erected in 1914 and has 50 apartments.

The mid-block building in Carnegie Hill was designed for Keitt Walker by Schwartz & Gross.

It is on the same block as a Duane Reade and a Best Buy and there is excellent cross-town Select bus service.

Description

The building has a two-story entrance surround, bandcourses above the first, third, fourth and 11th floors.  The 10th floor has some under window balustrades and it has a balustraded roofline.

The building has an entrance canopy and is missing some balconies.
