Carter's Review

Marketing has begun for a new, 6-story residential condominium building at 110 East 97th Street in East Harlem.

The building has two-bedroom, two-bath, full-floor apartments that range in size from about 1,305 to 1,750 square feet and in price from about $1,200,000 to $1,500,000.

110E97 Associates, of which William Lozito and Joseph Lovito are the principals, is the developer.

Kutnicki Bernstein Architects has designed the building.

The apartments have 9-foot ceilings, wide plank ash floors, and balconies. The building has key-lock elevators and private storage units.

Kitchens have Wenge cabinetry with frosted glass doors, Viking 30-inch stainless steel gas ranges, 36-inch Subzero stainless steel refrigerators, and Bosch stainless steel dishwashers and Subzero wine coolers, and stemware storage and baths have 6-foot Zuma soaking tubs, radiant floor heated towel racks and a steam shower.

The development is convenient to public transportation, Central Park and the Carnegie Hill neighborhood.
