The library is separated on the southern end and could easily be opened up to make an even more grand living area. The dining room has two sets of pocket doors to the living room and kitchen, where the kitchen on this floor has been transformed to serve as a catering kitchen.

For the remainder, the top floor almost mirrors the lower floor with a few exceptions and can easily serve multiple needs and your hearts desires.

For a boutique 14 unit building, the Benson provides the services and amenities of a 5 star hotel. You are immediately greeted by the 24 hour door staff and have your own concierge at your disposal for any needs.
