The Divine Miss M opens the doors to her Fifth Avenue triplex penthouse in a recent issue of Architectural Digest. Bette Midler’s enviable apartment at 1125 Fifth Avenue showcases her love of greenery with endless wraparound terrace space for lush landscaped gardens and Central Park views as far as the eye can see (CurbedNY).

Talk show host and Real Housewives vet Bethenny Frankel recently toured a $2.995 million condo at 88 Greenwich Street. The three-bedroom unit in the prewar deco skyscraper covers 1,940 square feet plus a 255-square-foot terrace. Building amenities include a gym, a library and a sky lounge and sky terrace (via CurbedNY).

 Entertainment mogul Sumner Redstone just bought a four-bedroom co-op at the iconic Pierre Hotel at 795 Fifth Avenue. The billionaire’s newest property acquisition in the elegant 1930s “skyscraper hotel”–the seller is former Israeli model Gila Rosenhaus–has 10-foot ceilings and a fireplace (via TRD).

Brooklyn’s most expensive penthouse is for sale. The 11,000 square-foot 14-room aerie in the Downtown Brooklyn condo known as One Brooklyn Bridge Park is comprised of three combined units, purchased together in 2010 for $6.01 million. The sprawling triplex at 330 Furman Street boasts a home theater, a large private terrace, a 3,500-bottle wine room and an indoor climbing wall (TRD).

 

Late financial whiz Christopher H. Browne’s former home at 515 Park Avenue recently changed hands for $25 million (the asking price was $29.5 mil). The 30th- and 31st-floor 6,286 square-foot duplex has panoramic city and Central Park vistas, a wood-burning fireplace and a vast media room in addition to five bedrooms and six baths (NYO).
