Carter Horsley
Review of 124 West 23rd Street by Carter Horsley

This handsome, 17-story residential condominium was completed in 2012 and developed by Anbau Enterprises Incorporation of which Barbara Van Beuren and Stephen Glascock, a husband-and-wife team of architects, are the principals.

Anbau converted the former Intercontinental Hotel at 110 Central Park South in condominium apartments and also converted Harsen House on West 72nd Street into the first LEED-certified residential building on the Upper West Side.

The 29-unit, mid-block building, which is called Citizen, was designed by BKSK Architects and anticipates receiving LEED Gold certification.
