This very handsome, 5-story, red-brick building at 236 West 24th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues is known as The Catherine and was erected in 1920.

A lovely, red-brick townhouse with 5 condominium apartments in the heart of Chelsea that is very close to a Whole Foods store and good public transportation.

The building has a large roof deck, a laundry room, private storage and intercom.
