Bottom Line

An industrial aesthetic in the heart of NoMad, one of the city’s newest and hottest residential areas close to Madison Square Park and the Flatiron District, and its impressive brochure is confident enough to boast about its “vintage punching bag.” Pow!

Description

The building has an entrance marquee and a banded gray brick façade with multi-paned windows in what the architects describe as a “neo-Bauhaus” style.

The tower is setback at the 5th floor and is slightly angled with balconies on its east façade.

The lobby has a 15-foot-high ceiling of reclaimed wood, leather-upholstered walls and a gun-metal chandelier.

Amenities

The building has a full-time doorman, a gym with a vintage punching bag, a roof deck, bicycle storage, a library, and a landscaped terrace with grill.  The building allows pets.

Apartments

Some living room ceilings are more than 10 feet high.

Floors are 5-inch-wide white oak.

Each unit has a Bosch washer and dryer, Miele refrigerators, Marvel wine coolers and Pebble gray quartz countertops with marble backsplashes.  Bathrooms have heated floors and Toto toilets.

The penthouse has a fireplace.

Apartment 3E is a two-bedroom unit with 1,325 square feet and an entry next to an open 11-foot-wide, pass-through kitchen across from a 14-foot-wide dining room that opens onto a 253-square-foot angled terrace and a 17-foot-long living room.
