This attractive, 6-story, red-brick building at 372 DeKalb Avenue between Grand Avenue and Steuben Street in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn was erected in 1901 and has 78 co-operative apartments.

Angel Ayon was the architect for the conversion.

It is across from Pratt Institute and is close to the G subway.
