A nice, mid-block, 8-story, rental apartment building in Clinton Hill with the façades of 2 two-story red-brick buildings tucked beneath an attractive grey metal façade.

The building has a marquee entrance next to the low-rise, red-brick façades with fence front yards.

The new section of this development has setbacks at the 6th and 7th floors.
