This attractive, 6-story building at 1311 Pacific Street at Nostrand and New York avenues in Crown Heights has 32 apartments and was built in 2010.  It is known as Pacific Street Lofts.

External stairs behind half-story screens are a very attractive alternative to traditional fire escapes and nicely divide the building into four major sections each with deep balconies that give the façade a handsome compartmentalized look.
