Sculptural 47-story tower rising 672 feet in Downtown Brooklyn, designed by Hill West with distinctive wraparound balconies. 136 luxury condominiums offering sweeping Manhattan and East River views from a premier Brooklyn Heights location.
In early 2024, plans were filed to redevelop 205 Montague Street into One Montague Place, a soaring 50-story mixed-use tower that would be Brooklyn's tallest all-condo building. The project is being helmed by Landau Properties.
The 46 planned condos will include half-floor, full-floor, and triplex apartments, all with private outdoor space, at least three bedrooms, and at least 3,000 interior square feet. Interiors are set to feature custom kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, wet and dry bars, and, in many units, panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline and East River bridges.
Residential amenities will include a 63' indoor swimming pool, four padel courts, multiple children's playrooms, a BondST restaurant, and a jazz club. Sales are anticipated to launch in 2027, with completion estimated for 2029.
Historically, the site was home to the former Brooklyn Dodgers headquarters, where Jackie Robinson famously signed with the team. It was replaced in 1962 by the current office building, which will be partly demolished to make way for the tower. The development sits at the nexus of Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn, neighboring prominent projects like One Clinton, the converted Brooklyn Trust Company Building, and the soon-to-be-redeveloped St. Francis College campus.
