This very sleek, 53-story apartment tower at 388 Bridge Street between Willoughby and Fulton streets in Downtown Brooklyn has 234 rental units and 144 condominium units.

It was erected in 2013 by the estate of Stanley Stahl and designed by SCLE.


 

Bottom Line

The tallest building in Brooklyn when it was erected, this handsome tower has many kitchens with rolling carts, convenient shopping and public transportation and is near Borough Hall, Metro Tech and the Long Island University Brooklyn campus.


 

Description

The building is distinguished by two 17-foot-high wind turbines on its roof that power a changing color light display.

The building has very sleek, asymmetrical façades with some setbacks near the top. 

The building has a very handsome, modern lobby with Tiger Beige limestone floors, Inco Gray stone walls and photographic art glass installations.

The condo units are on the upper floors.
