This 42-story apartment tower at 66 Rockwell Place in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn has 326 rental apartments and was completed in 2014.

The building that is also known as 29-31 Flatbush Avenue and 52-578 Fulton Street, was developed by the Dermot Company and designed by Ismael Levy.

A multi-sided, reflective glass tower with many balconies, this building has many amenities including 24-hour concierge, two roof decks and a garage.

Description

The building has an angular tower with many corner balconies on a low-rise base.

The reflective-glass building is convenient to public transportation and is close to the Brooklyn Academy of Music and the Atlantic Center.

Amenities

The building has a roof deck, a 24-hour concierge and valet services, a 4^th floor Zen garden with a fire pit, projector screen, BBQ grills and picnic area, a laundry, an attended coffee bar, a health club, a recreational lounge with a billiard table and an air hockey table and a chef’s kitchen, poker room and a library.

The building also has a garage.

Apartments

Many apartments have balconies.

Apartments have bamboo floors, recessed lighting, features for persons with disabilities and in some units washers and dryers.  Kitchens have track lighting, absolute black granite countertops and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.

A two-bedroom unit has a foyer that leads past an open kitchen with an island to a large living room with one wall that is slightly angled in the middle.

Apartment L on the 8^th and 9^th floors and K on the 10^th through the 14^th floors have a 5-foot-wide entry foyer that leads to a pass-through-kitchen next to a 30-foot-long living area and an 8-foot-long sleeping area.

Apartment 8-14E, 15-17D, 21-28D and 32-34D has an entry into the open 7-foot-long kitchen that leads to a 25-foot-long living area.
