This handsome, 21-story apartment building at 319 Schermerhorn Street at Nevins Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, was scheduled for completion in 2017.

A condominium development known as The Nevins, it has 73 apartments.

Adam America and the Naveh Shuster Group are the developers. Isaac and Stern is the architect. Andres Escobar & Asssociates is the interior designer.

Bottom Line

With its protruded corner windows and setback tower with huge expanses of windows, this gray masonry apartment building is ship-shape for elegant urban voyages in Boerum Hill.

The building’s 15-story base is highlighted by its gray brick façade punctuated by protruding windows and large corner windows.

Its top has some stepped terraces and a setback tower with large fenestration.
