Carter's Review
233 Schermerhorn Street is a 12-story pre-war building in Downtown Brooklyn that has luxury rental apartments on its upper floors.
The building was developed by Clipper Equity and is near many of Brooklyn's cultural institutions and entertainment destinations including the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and the Barclays Center. It's also close to the Fulton Mall and public transit.
The loft apartments, which were designed by Nishila Sabharwal, range from studios to one- and three-bedroom units. They feature high ceilings, oversized windows and stained oak flooring and vary in size from 600 to 900 square feet.
