This handsome, 10-story apartment building at 180 Nassau Street on the northeastern edge of Downtown Brooklyn is known as Brooklyn Warehouse 180 and was erected in 2014 by Pink Stone Capital of which Richard Ohebshalom is a principal.

Alexander Compagno is the architect.

It has 102 units and was built in 2014.

Bottom Line

A spiffy black-and-blue building with a very attractive lobby, gym and roof deck in Downtown Brooklyn. 

Description

The building is distinguished by black façades with blue accents and multi-paned windows and its two-story-high, corner lobby with a spiral staircase to a second-level library. 

The highly visible lobby has enormous windows, a very handsome abstract chandelier of large, angled rectangular fixtures, triangular cut paving, black granite walls, and a recreation room with a fireplace. 

It is recessed behind the building’s sidewalk planters and has a revolving door entrance.

Amenities

The building has a 24-hour concierge with Building Link and Key Link systems, a resilient-floor gym located in a skylit cellar adjacent to a two-level garage and a bicycle room, a roof deck with a 50-foot-long reflecting pool and a dining area with a grill and cedar planters.
